Brandy Alexander Punch:

Half cup brown sugar

2 eggs

half cup Brandy

half cup Creme De Cacao

2 x 600 ml. cartons milk

Grated nutmeg

Ice

Put sugar, eggs and cream into a large bowl, beat until light and frothy. Add Brandy and Creme De Cacao, beating continuously. Stir in milk.

Put ice cubes into long chilled glasses, pour over the punch and sprinkle with Nutmeg.

Makes approx. one and a half litres.

Create the atmosphere, quench the thirst...
