A Way to assist Positive Cash Flow
One of the main factors that helps in maintaining a positive cash-flow in your business is that most of your expenses are paid at regular intervals.  Consider your payments for salaries, rent, leases, power etc all of which occur in manageable instalments.
But when it comes to business insurance, most insurers expect you to pay the full year’s premiums in one lump sum, which in many cases can present a significant strain on your cash-flow. 
Insurance Premium Finance is a method of short-term lending which allows you to spread your business insurance premium payments to suit your cash flow.  It is available to businesses with annual insurance premiums of $5,000 or more and repayments can be made in monthly instalments of between six and 12 months.
Under normal circumstances, no security is required other than the insurance policy.
The approval process is quick and easy with minimal information required.
