LEMON CAKE

Lemon Cake:

RECIPE

Ingredients:

4 oz – 125 gr butter or margarine

1 cup – 200 gr caster Sugar

2 eggs

Zest from 1 lemon

1½ cups Self raising flour

½ cup of milk

Method:

Mix well and cook in a moderate oven for 40 – 45 min

Have ready:

¼ cup of caster sugar

¼ cup of lemon juice mixed together.

Pour it over the cake whilst still in the tin as soon as it comes out of the oven.
